Simply log on to our website and scroll up to the top right corner of your screen. You’ll notice that a page will “fold” down to reveal a picture of the MeloTel team, along with a friendly greeting. “Have questions? Speak with a representative to learn more about MeloTel…”. Then there’s a “Click 2 Chat” button for you to click on. Once you click it, you’ll see a small pop-up page on the lower right side of your screen asking for your name, email address and phone number.
Note that only your name is required. After you click the “submit” button, you will be speaking with a live agent within seconds. Again, “Live Sales Chat” is designed to assist with any questions you may have about MeloTel’s products and services. As well, it is available only during business hours. It’s yet another way that MeloTel intends on making lives easier for customers. When you want to get in touch, we’ll be sure to be there!
Again, we’re aware that you won’t always be able to find the time to pick up the phone. With “Live Sales Chat”, you can work away on your computer while chatting to a live agent at the same time. And some people just prefer to receive written correspondence anyways.
