We hope you had an incredible Christmas and have been a enjoying a very festive holiday season! The MeloTel team took a few days off to celebrate the holidays with loved ones and, as of this morning, is back in the office. We will be here straight through Wednesday, December 30th, but will be taking the following couple of days off to welcome in the new year. Our first official day of business in 2016 is Monday, January 4th.
We’d just like to take this opportunity to invite MeloTel customers who have recently interacted with our technical support staff to take a few moments to fill out our Customer Satisfaction Survey. This New Year’s Eve marks the final day of the month for MeloTel clients to fill the survey out and enter into December’s draw for $100 in cash. As you’re most likely aware, MeloTel has been giving away $100 to a lucky MeloTel client once a month since 2015 began.
This past month, we hosted our first-ever live stream of our $100 cash giveaway draw. It provided a fun twist to an already-fun initiative. For us, it’s not just about awarding money. It’s about bettering our business. In 2016, we aspire to provide MeloTel’s customers with better customer service than they have ever received before. We’re confident that we can because when our customers fill out the Customer Satisfaction Survey, we are rewarded with excellent feedback.
As far as we’re concerned, any and all feedback is excellent! Naturally, positive feedback helps us to know what it is we’re doing right. We make it our duty to stick to those positives in order to ensure that our customers are continually made happy. Negative feedback provides us with opportunities to improve in areas that need work. It’s important for us to know what aspects of our service can be bettered so that we can freely claim to provide the best customer service in the telecom industry.
Honestly, we’ve been proclaiming that for some time now. But, it’s not simply because we say so. It’s because our customers tell us that they’ve enjoyed their relationships with MeloTel. That means a lot. We award a lucky MeloTel client with $100 not just to reward them for taking the time to fill out a survey, but to thank him/her for helping to make our business better. In 2016, we plan on being the best in all aspects of our industry!
