Never forget that all relationships are two-way streets. Regardless of how much information you wish to give your customers, remember that you should never be doing all the talking. Be sure to listen attentively to the needs, concerns and wants of your customers. Hearing them all out will enable you to cater to their specific requests. It’s all part of providing personalized customer service. And they’ll truly appreciate you for it.
