Wishing You A Very Happy New Year!

Welcome to our very last blog of 2016! The entire MeloTel team would like to take this opportunity to wish each and every one of you a sensational 2017. Here’s hoping this coming weekend is a safe and enjoyable one. We look forward to speaking with you in the new year and, even better, working together to make your company an even bigger success than it was in 2016.

We’d also like to take this opportunity to offer our sincere appreciation to each and every one of our clients. We can’t thank you enough for the wonderful support you’ve shown us since entrusting us to be your telecom provider. It has always meant a lot to the entire MeloTel team to receive trust from North American entrepreneurs who believe that working with big-named corporations isn’t necessary in order to enjoy top-of-the-line products, services and customer service.

We’re especially thankful to our awesome clients who have generously offered up their testimonials for our website. Most recently, Windsor-based marketing firm, TK Enterprises Inc. graced us with some very kind words about their relationship with MeloTel and specifically our Founder and CEO, John Meloche. John is well-known for always taking a hands-on approach with his customers. And TK Enterprises Inc.’s Event Marketing Manager, Heidi Kaufmann has noticed.

Toronto-based National Projects is a perfect example. The company operates on a national level to provide service, maintenance and small project management services to Canada’s retail and commercial sector. One of our longest-standing clients, National Projects CEO, Fouad Shuhaiber has offered us one of our favourite testimonials.

As you may already know, the MeloTel team is committed to offering its customers help when they need it so that their lives are made easier. That includes this past week when we’ve been out of the office enjoying the holidays. We remained available through our 24/7/365 Urgent Network Operations Support & Monitoring that allowed customers to report issues 24 hours a day by calling 1-888-MELOTEL and selecting option 3.
