We Appreciate Our Customer Testimonials

In today’s blog, the MeloTel team would like to take the opportunity to acknowledge and thank every one of our clients who have offered us a testimonial. Even though we were offered these testimonials some time ago, we recognize how important they are to our business on an ongoing basis. It’s not lost on us that much of our new business has come by way of referrals. And, as we’ve said many times, there’s no type of advertising stronger than word of mouth promotion.

On WireBuzz.com, Colin Noonan highlights the fact that testimonials help to build trust and credibility. Consumers are far more influenced by the words of fellow consumers than they are of traditional advertising methods. Noonan writes that many shoppers are often skeptical of the companies they’re considering spending their money with…that is, until they hear the recommendations of satisfied customers.

“Buyers naturally want to know a business or product is trustworthy and credible before they pull out their credit card,” he points out, “Testimonials allow your satisfied customers to step forward and address the questions and objections that fill the minds of your prospective buyers for you.
