A couple of weeks ago, we revealed that the MeloTel team was looking to add to its already illustrious staff. While we’re a smaller company than most, we’re a proud organization that is comprised of highly talented individuals who enjoy working within a family-like atmosphere. Especially considering that our team isn’t of the large corporation variety, it’s incredibly important to us that, when adding new members, we locate individuals who can mesh well within our company culture.
Pretty much anyone can string together an impressive looking resume. And, there are many who can conduct themselves professionally during job interviews. But who has the capability to truly stand out? Who can present themselves as equal parts technical wizard and down-to-earth cool cat? It’s not exactly an easy feat. It’s important to our team to find someone who we see as being part of our family for the long haul. That someone must be a special person.
MeloTel welcomes Steeve Martin and Elvin Wa to the team!
That’s right! We didn’t just find one amazing addition to our team, but two great new family members. We invite you to join us in welcoming both Steeve (yes, we’re spelling his name right) and Elvin to the MeloTel team. Both are joining us in their new positions as Customer Service and Technical Support Specialists.
As you may have guessed, both Steeve and Elvin came with highly respectable resumes but, more importantly, were able to give us the sense that they will jell excellently with the rest of our team. It’s always been important to us to have a friendly and inviting working environment to work within. It helps for us all to be very productive. As is often communicated by recruitment specialists, a happy staff is a productive staff.
MeloTel is set to celebrate its 10th anniversary!
Steeve and Elvin join the MeloTel team at a very interesting time. As we communicated in our blog last week, MeloTel officially turns 10 on January 4th, 2019. The entire team will be celebrating this milestone event during our annual Christmas dinner on December 21st. We’re certainly very glad that both Steeve and Elvin will be a part of it.
We’d like to take this opportunity to remind you that December 21st will be our last day of operations for nearly a week. On that date, we’ll be closing early at 4:00 p.m. The team will be taking time off to celebrate the Christmas holiday until Thursday, December 27th between our normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. EST. We will also be open on Friday, December 28th between our normal Friday hours of 8:30 a.m.and 5:00 p.m. EST.
We will then close our office again to observe the New Year celebrations and re-open for our first day of operations in 2019 on January 2nd. Our office hours will go back to normal at that point moving forward.
