Renewing Our Commitment To Providing Optimum Value To Our Clients

For many years now, MeloTel has advertised itself as Canada’s Hosted Company. A provider of a myriad of VoIP-based services including our widely-heralded Commercial Phone Services, we pride ourselves on being a one-stop shop for all of a small or medium-sized business’ necessities. However, the MeloTel team has always seen itself as more than just a service provider. We’re people who prioritize making genuine connections with the individuals we serve.

There’s no customer service quite like MeloTel’s.

We’re confident that we can make the claim that a dose of MeloTel’s customer service is like no other that can be found in our industry – or any industry, for that matter! Our representatives – including our Founder and CEO, John Meloche himself – take the time to get to know the people who entrust us as their service provider. That way, we can grow strong and long-lasting relationships.

One of the ways we do this is by being easily accessible. We have numerous ways to get in contact with us. Between our easy-to-remember phone number, 1-888-MELOTEL and the Live Chat feature on our website, it’s virtually impossible not to get immediate assistance during regular business hours. However, we’re also insistent on returning voicemails and emails in expeditious time frames.

It’s always a priority of ours to make our clients feel like they are our priorities.

So, going forward, the newsletters will take more of a personal approach. By that, we mean that the news contained in them will be catered more specifically to the individuals who read them.

John will be passing along some of his own personal takes on the latest technological advances, but he also plans on relaying findings of case studies and communicating official industry-relevant notices.
