Michael Paz is MeloTel’s Customer Service Supervisor. With both an electrical diploma and several years of sales experience in the electronics field, Michael boasts quite the skill set. Michael is dedicated to providing top-of-the-line customer service, troubleshooting technical issues in the office and growing his knowledge-base in order to become one of the company’s top executives in the not-too-distant future. But above all of that, he’s simply a fantastic guy.
MeloTel is proud to announce that Michael Paz is the “Employee Of The Month” for October!
This may not come as a surprise to the majority of MeloTel’s clients. After all, Michael’s voice is often the first one they hear when they call our office. Ever-friendly, affable and always willing to help, Michael is a joy to be around every day of every month – we just thought that we’d acknowledge his contributions publicly this month.
“Michael is always my employee of the month,” shared our Editor In Chief, Daniel Faraldo, “The entire team knows how bad I am with computers. I’m so glad Michael is on the team as I can’t think of another person I’d rather have help me when I have a problem. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about everything technology-based, but he’s the nicest guy you could meet. He never makes me feel like the complete fool that I think I am every time I use a computer.”
Michael’s penchant for providing service with a smile is something we all admire.
Of course, it’s part of the MeloTel credo to provide unbeatable customer service. But Michael truly lives this credo on a daily basis. We’re elated every time one of our customers shares his/her satisfaction with having interacted with Michael. Equal parts tech-wizard and customer service expert, he’s a huge asset to our team.
“Michael is one of the most helpful coworkers a person could ask for,” offered MeloTel’s Administrative Assistant, Chantel Cascanette, “Seeing as I am the newest addition to the MeloTel team, Michael has always made time to lend a helping hand. Be it providing me with guidance on a new task or having a Q & A sessions with me for our ‘teachable moments’.”
As Chantel has noted, Michael has earned his “Employee Of The Month” status for October not just for his ability to be a constant customer-pleaser. His devotion to helping his team is something that makes the MeloTel working environment a very special one to work within. Michael can be regularly counted upon to assist his co-workers with any issues they may be having. He is more than just a team player, he’s a team leader!
As much as Michael likes to learn, he likes to teach as well.
He is regularly quick to pass along his newly-acquired knowledge to the rest of the members of the MeloTel team. “He is such an asset as he has become a subject matter expert, through the combination of education and experience,” says Chantel, “MeloTel just wouldn’t be the same without his giant smile, helpful and friendly ways.”
