And we’re elated to announce that we have an answer to that question that will make the payment process easier than ever!
No longer will any MeloTel client have to remember to manually process their monthly payments to maintain their services. Our new pre-authorized payment solution provides you with a wonderful set-it-and-forget-it convenience. By taking a minute or two to fill out our new Pre-Authorized Debit Agreement, you will be able to have each of your payments pre-authorized as debits on the first of each month.
And you can choose any payment method you like! Thanks to modern-day advances in payment technology, you certainly have a lot of choices. You have the option of making your pre-authorized payments by credit card, email money transfer (EMT), ITEX Barter or even Cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Etherium and Ripple.
Enjoy the ability to pay for your MeloTel services without having to lift a finger each month. To take advantage of this convenient new way to take care of your payments to MeloTel, simply take a few minutes to complete our new Pre-Authorized Debit Agreement. Simply download it, print it, fill it out and send it back to us! You may either fax it to 1-866-610-6659 or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
By completing and signing the form, you will allow MeloTel to debit your specified account on the first of each month for any of the regular services we deliver to you. We will not, however, use the pre-authorized payment system to have you pay for any service you may have requested on a one-time basis. For those charges, we will request separate and unique authorization from you.
And each month, MeloTel will provide you with ten days written notice of the amount of each regular debit. You may also opt out of pre-authorized debits whenever you wish. All you would need to do is send written notification to MeloTel about your choice to terminate at least ten business days before the next debit is scheduled.
