How Teamwork Makes The Dream Work

We’re sure that MeloTel’s Founder and CEO, John Meloche is having an amazing vacation with his family. But knowing John, we’re also confident that he’ll be excited to return to the MeloTel office this coming Monday. No, nothing beats a good vacation. But John’s dedication to his customers is unmatched in our industry – or any industry, for that matter!

We hope that, in his absence, over the past few weeks, you can agree that the customer service you’ve received from the MeloTel team has been as stellar as expected. As a team, we’re happy to represent the MeloTel brand and feel confident that no matter who you speak to when you contact our office, you’ll receive the epitome of excellent customer service.

We’re all on the same page.

Of course, it matters quite a lot that our team members all share the same vision of having MeloTel recognized as the provider of the best customer service in the telecom industry. Without team members who are all on the same page, we would obviously not be able to uphold John’s commitment to his customers. Team work – as they say – makes the dream work!

“What is teamwork?” asks The Happy Manager website, “There are several ways to define teamwork but for some colour why not think of it as the French do. The French language has an excellent expression to describe it: esprit de corps. This means a sense of unity, of enthusiasm for common interests and responsibilities, as developed among a group of persons closely associated in a task, cause, enterprise, etc.”

Diversity = strength.

As much as teamwork requires an obvious sense of unification, it does not necessarily have to insist upon everyone thinking the same way. In fact, the strongest teams are made up of very unique individuals who all bring something different to the table. MeloTel’s Customer Service Supervisor, Michael Paz, for example, is an absolute technical whiz. Not only is he an amazing people person who highlights MeloTel’s penchant for providing customer satisfaction, but he can work his way around any computer glitch imaginable!

Our Editor In Chief, Daniel Faraldo, on the other hand, is the complete opposite. An admitted “tech moron”, Daniel is not one for troubleshooting and repair. He often seeks Michael’s assistance for his tech issues. When it comes to composing compelling and informative content, however, that’s where Daniel takes over. The creative energy within MeloTel’s head blogger is unparalleled. Michael and Daniel’s unique skills truly help to balance our team out.

“Unsurprisingly, teamwork at the workplace has also shown to increase innovation and creativity by allowing team members to bring unique and distinct perspectives to the table,” says Tim Zimmer on Chron.com, “When leveraged, effective teamwork drives company growth and boosts performance and success by tapping into each individual’s unique strengths and attributes.”

John is back on Monday!

As a reminder, John will return from his vacation on July 22nd, making him available in the MeloTel office on Monday, July 23rd. For information about any and all of our cloud-hosted services, please don’t hesitate to give us a call at 1-888-MELOTEL or use the Live Chat feature on our website!
