Earlier this week, we excitedly announced the first-ever winner of our brand new monthly Customer Satisfaction Survey $100.00 giveaway! Congratulations go out again to Denise Lawrence of Synergy Marketing. We’re quite pleased with the results of our first month of surveys as they have already provided us with a lot of great insight on how MeloTel can continue to improve upon its customer service practices.
Today, we’d like to take that just one step further. Of course, we encourage you to fill out our Customer Satisfaction Survey if you’ve had any interactions with our technical support staff. That way, you will be entered into our February draw for the $100.00 giveaway. However, we’d also truly appreciate it if you would let others know how you feel about your interactions with MeloTel. And there’s a special way that you can do that.
Write a review for MeloTel in Google+! It’s an incredibly quick and easy process and we would love it if you would take a few moments to post your thoughts about us online. As we’ve often mentioned in our blogs, it’s important for your brand to have a strong online presence. As well, one of the strongest forms of promotion is word-of-mouth. Google+ combines the two concepts and we’re hoping you’ll be willing to honour us. Here are the five easy steps to completing your review.
1. Go to plus.google.com/local and sign in with your Google account. If you don’t yet have a Google account, it’s incredibly easy to set one up. It’s really no different than establishing a new email address. In fact, if you already have a Gmail email account set up, then you technically already have access to Google+. This way, your review will be posted along with your name. It helps provide a link to your profile as well.
2. Search for “MeloTel Phone Company”, click and go to our page. Once this is done, you’ll notice that you are directly on the MeloTel Google+ profile. Our logo is clearly displayed and you’ll see information about our company on the lower left side panel. We would love it, by the way, if you wouldn’t mind clicking on the “follow” button so that you can remain within our network and be easily in touch with us via this platform.
3. Click the Write a review button next to the cover photo. Starting your review is just a click away. Once you click on this button, a text box will pop up that will allow you to write to your heart’s content. The box will include a “Describe your experience” instruction that you will be able to write over. Your review should generally be based on an experience that you have had with our company. Please feel free to be honest.
4. Rate different aspects of our company using the 1 to 5 star scale. Using Google+ to write a review on a company isn’t much different than rating a movie or a hotel. In other words, you get to select your very own star rating to express just how satisfied or dissatisfied you were with the experience that you had with the company you’re writing about. The star rating ranges from 1 (for “hated it”) to 5 (for “loved it”).
5. When you’re done, click Publish. That’s it! The entire process isn’t bound to take more than a couple of minutes, depending on how much you have to say. Any reviews that you write will be public and attributed to your Google+ name. So as mentioned, publishing a review allows others to follow you on this platform as well.
