The Importance Of Caring About Customers


At MeloTel, the topic of customer service comes up quite a bit. You’ll notice that this agreed-upon mission statement takes precedence over the concept of up-selling and maximizing profits. At MeloTel, we’re very well aware that if our customers are made happy, then the rest will take care of itself. The way we see it, the only way to have strong and genuine relationships is to actually care.
