3. Offer up unique quotes. Some “Meet The Team” pages include little quotes or anecdotes from the employees themselves. It helps to deliver a more genuine and personal approach to the whole “meeting” of your staff members. In many cases, customers will feel a sense of connection to those who share interesting stories about themselves. The more relatable your team members come across, the more likely they will be to attract new clients towards your brand.

4. Set up links. Your employee profiles should generally be no longer than a paragraph or two. There’s no need to go “all novel” on people looking to learn about the members of your team. However, in some cases, it’s a great idea to elaborate on a particular employee through a blog post. In such a case, it’s a great idea to incorporate links into your employee bios that will allow readers to learn more about their favourite members of your staff.
