As of late, we have received many requests to offer instant notifications if we happen to experience disruptions. Well…we listened! Beginning today, you can subscribe to Service Status Updates to your mobile device instantly!

These notifications will immediately alert you about any issues that are affecting our platforms. There are several ways we will inform you with important information about the event, based on event significance of impact. They include:

  • SMS Notifications (Text message)
  • Voice Notifications (A voice message)
  • Email Notifications (Get information updates through email)

Signing up couldn’t be easier!

We made sure to make the subscription process as quick and easy as possible. There are three fields to fill out, but you literally only have to choose one. In the first box, simply type your name – although this is optional. In box two, you can place your phone number. That way, you will receive either a text or a voice message informing you about our latest status update. However, you may choose to enter your email address in the third box. By choosing this option, you’ll get emails whenever there is a status update to inform you about.
