Schedule A Meeting With Our New “Book Appointment” Tab!

The MeloTel team would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who visited us at our booth during last Thursday’s Better Business Expo in Thornhill, Ontario. Unquestionably, the event was a resounding success and we very much look forward to participating in future events of its kind. Arguably, the greatest aspect of the Better Business Expo was its ability to allow businesspeople from various industries to meet face-to-face.

Meeting someone in person just can’t be beat. With communication being such a vital component to any strong relationship, we feel that the face-to-face meeting is simply the best way to spark new relationships. With that said, we’d also like to take this opportunity to thank all of our new clients for entrusting MeloTel as your service provider and we look forward to helping you make your business better just as the Better Business Expo encourages.

We’re also proud to announce the introduction of a special new feature on the MeloTel website! Inspired by the importance of meeting people face-to-face, we now have a “Book Appointment” tab that can be found on the right side of our website. By clicking on the orange icon, you can new set an appointment with any member of the MeloTel staff you wish to speak to you. The tab also allows you to select the type of meeting as well as a date and time that is convenient to you.

We encourage you to give it a try! Simply click on the “Book Appointment” icon and you will get a list of appointment types to choose from. They range from New Client Blogging Interviews which take place over the phone (usually with our Editor In Chief, Daniel Faraldo) to In-Office Sit-Down Meetings (generally with our Founder and CEO, John Meloche). The choice, as they say, is yours!

After selecting the appointment of your choice, you will be taken to a second page that will ask you to select the MeloTel staff member of your choice. To assist you with this selection, we recommend that you take a quick gander at our About MeloTel page, which will give you information about each of our staff members. That way, you’ll know the expertise of each individual and be better equipped with the knowledge of who can best answer your questions.

Once you’ve selected the MeloTel team member of your choice, you will be taken to a third page that enables you to select both the time and the date of the appointment. We will endeavour to book an appointment for the exact time and date you select or the very closest to it we can get. On the next page, you will be asked to enter your name, email address and phone number. That way, we will be able to contact you to confirm your appointment.

The final page is your confirmation page that makes official that your appointment has been booked! The entire process takes mere seconds. We certainly hope it will make it very convenient for all of our clients and prospective clients to get in touch with us for the information they need at times when it is most convenient for them.

The new “Book Appointment” tab is representative of our commitment to making good communication one of MeloTel’s strong points.
