Revisiting A Call Centre Must-Have: DaFeeder Preview Dialer

This shows reps what has transpired during previous calls with the leads that appear on their screens. With this growing source of information about each lead, every call is made easier for the next rep who dials it.


There is a list of options that phone agents can choose from to declare what happened on each of their calls. The options include Gatekeeper (someone other than the business owner), No Answer (the phone rang without anyone picking up the line), Voicemail (left message), Voicemail (no message) and Other if the above mentioned options don’t apply.
