Preparing Our Team And Our Clients For A Wonderful Holiday Season

On behalf of the entire MeloTel team, we’d like to take this opportunity to offer all of our friends, family members, colleagues and clients a very joyous holiday season! You may be thinking that it’s a bit early to start offering holiday well wishes, but that’s not the way we see it. If you know anything about the MeloTel team, you know that we love the holidays. And we always enjoy celebrating them together.

This year, the celebrations will be the largest they’ve ever been as we intend on acknowledging MeloTel’s 10th anniversary at our MeloTel Christmas Party in one month’s time. We’d like to take this opportunity to also thank each and every one of you who has supported MeloTel since its inception in January of 2009. In fact, on January 4th, 2019, MeloTel will have officially been operating for a full decade!

Please make note of our holiday hours.

As usual, we like to provide them to our clients well in advance. MeloTel will be open for business right up until Friday, December 21st when we will close one hour early at 4:00 p.m. EST to prepare for the MeloTel Christmas party. We will remain closed for the holidays.

Our office will open back on Thursday, December 27th between our normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. EST. We will also be open on Friday, December 28th between our normal Friday hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST. We will then close our office again to observe the New Year celebrations and re-open for our first day of operations in 2019 on January 2nd. Our office hours will go back to normal at that point moving forward.

Please note that MeloTel will always offer 24/7/365 support.

As always, the MeloTel team strives to provide the absolute best customer service in the telecommunications industry. And that includes providing that incomparable customer service all throughout the holidays! As mentioned, we will be out of the office during a portion of December, but we will continue to offer round-the-clock Urgent Network Operations Support & Monitoring to ensure our services are always stable and available.

That means that in the event of an emergency or if your business requires immediate support, we will make ourselves available as quickly as possible. You can report issues 24 hours a day by calling 1-888-MELOTEL and selecting option 3. Simply leave us a message in our monitored voicemail box and we will return it as soon as we’re able to.
