November’s $100 Draw Will Be Streamed Live!

You might have noticed that the team, here at MeloTel, regularly comes up with inventive ways to interact with its client base. If we’re not developing creative new services to help better the lives of our customers, we’re finding other ways to put smiles on their faces. One such way is the monthly $100 cash giveaway that our company president, John Meloche implemented off the top of 2015.

How do MeloTel clients earn chances to win the money? By filling out our Customer Satisfaction Survey, MeloTel clients have the opportunity to win $100 cash each and every month! There is no purchase necessary to be eligible to win the money. As long as you are a MeloTel customer who has had a recent interaction with a member of our technical support staff, you are eligible to fill out the survey. Once the survey has been completed, you are automatically entered into the monthly draw for the prize money.

Filling out the survey only takes about a minute or two of your time. But the information that MeloTel receives from these completed surveys is bound to help us for many years to come. We take customer feedback very seriously. There are many different customer service policies that have been strengthened thanks to the information we have received from the Customer Satisfaction Survey.

As well, many of the amazing features that MeloTel offers have come as a result of feedback given to us by our customers. Anyone familiar with our company is well aware that one of our mission statements is to make the lives of our customers easier. By listening to what our customers tell us, we feel that we have made great strides in putting smiles on faces. Besides, in addition to providing unbeatable customer service, what could be better than giving away cash?

At the end of each month, we collect the ticket numbers of the various individuals who have taken the time to complete the Customer Satisfaction Survey. We randomly select a winner by picking a number out of a bowl on the last day of every month. The $100 is sent to the winner through an email money transfer. Again, as long as you are an active customer or employee of an active customer of MeloTel, you qualify to fill out a survey for a chance to win!

The questions in the Customer Satisfaction Survey are designed to assess the satisfaction our customers get with the technical support they receive from MeloTel. We ask that those who fill out surveys use their most recent interactions as the basis for which they answer the questions. Have you filled out one of our Customer Satisfaction Surveys yet? You have until the morning of Monday, November 30th to fill one out and be eligible for this month’s prize money.

Speaking of this month’s prize, MeloTel is pulling out all of the stops to present yet another “first” in our company’s history! Usually, we film our draws and upload the videos to YouTube. This month, we’re implementing yet another fun and creative way to entice our customers to enjoy their experiences with our company. We’ll be streaming the draw for the $100 live! How can you watch the live draw for the cash? In order to view the live Customer Satisfaction Survey draw, you will need to register with Livestream. It is completely free to do so! We highly recommend that you take a few moments to sign up by going to this LINK. You’ll be prompted to enter an email address that will begin the registration process. It is the same link that you can use to watch the draw live, this Monday at 2pm EST!

We also recommend that, if you’ve filled out a Customer Satisfaction Survey this month, you watch intently with your ticket number in hand. As per usual, we will not announce a winner’s name, but instead reveal the winning ticket number. That way, you’ll know right away if you are $100 richer!
