It’s that time of year again! Are you as excited as we are? It’s hard to believe, but the holiday season is fast approaching and, like the rest of you, the MeloTel team is preparing for it. As always, we have a holiday schedule that involves some days when our office will be closed. However, it’s important to us that we highlight our commitment to our customers. You see, even when we’re not “in the office”, we’re still working for you!
It’s part of the MeloTel credo to make the lives of our customers easier. So we ensure that, even when the holidays are upon us, we remain available for emergency situations. At worst, we accept voicemail messages throughout the holiday season and we return those messages promptly. We know that system issues, for example, don’t take holidays. And in the unlikely event that you experience any difficulties with our system, we will be there to help.
So what is MeloTel’s holiday schedule? You may be happy to know that our regular business hours of 8:30am to 6:00pm EST will remain in effect right up until Friday, December 23rd. You’ll forgive us, however, for taking off two hours early on the 22nd in order to enjoy our company Christmas dinner. Of course, we’ll be closed the weekend of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and will remain closed until Monday, January 2nd, 2017.
We’d like to reiterate that although MeloTel will be closed for one full week at the end of December, we will always continue to offer 24/7/365 Urgent Network Operations Support & Monitoring to ensure that our services are always stable and available. You can report issues 24 hours a day by calling 1-888-MELOTEL and selecting option 3. Simply leave a message in our monitored voicemail-box.
In what other ways is MeloTel putting customers first? Well, we should mention that our standard hours on Fridays are 8:30am to 5:00pm EST. However, during the final two weeks of December, we will remain open until 6:00pm each day of the week – Fridays included – to ensure the handling of any necessary service requirements. Our regular Friday hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm EST will resume on Friday, January 13th, 2017.
Speaking of 2017, it’s another reminder about how time flies, isn’t it? Truly, it seems like just yesterday we were talking about last year’s holiday season. And while we’re still a good month and change away from all of this year’s festivities, we’d like to take this opportunity to wish every single one of our friends, colleagues, co-workers and customers a very joyous holiday season.
