Last week, we introduced the brand new MeloTel Wizbox. We referred to it as our official online help desk and boy, has it grown in the past week! Firstly, allow us to thank each and every one of you who responded to our blog with such excellent feedback as to how we could add to The MeloTel Wizbox. You had many questions. And we’ve utilized this new feature to answer them.
When you go to this section of our website, you’ll notice a long list of what we like to call “wizzys” over in the sidebar to the right. Each of these wizzys represent a link to the answer to a question you may have. If you’re a MeloTel client, chances are you will have questions from time to time about the products and services that you are taking advantage of. The MeloTel Wizbox is there for you when you have these questions.
We hope this feature will especially come in handy when you may have a question or concern and wish to ask it outside of regular business hours. Hard at work at three in the morning and need some help logging into your account? Too busy give us a call but require assistance with retrieving voice and fax messages? The MeloTel Wizbox is an FAQ section like you’ve never seen before!
But what if there is a question that is not located on this awesome new page of our website? We also offer you the opportunity to ask any question at all that you may have on our “Submit Ticket” page. As you may have guessed, this page allows you to submit a ticket so that you can have your specific question answered in a timely fashion by one of our representatives.
It’s as easy as writing an email, and you can do so directly on the “Submit Ticket” page. It even allows you to attach a file, if necessary. So, for example, if you are getting a system error and wish to snap a picture of your computer screen using your smart phone, you can attach the picture to your ticket so that we get an accurate idea as to what systems issues you may be having.
We should probably take this opportunity to remind you about our “Network Status” page as well. This page regularly updates with information about system interruptions. If there is a network outage that is out of our hands, the least we could do is keep our customers informed about what is going on. This page brings you that information in a timely manner so that you’re never left in the dark.
Naturally, there is always our phone number, 1-888-MELOTEL. If you like the old-fashioned phone call as your communication method of choice, we absolutely welcome hearing from you. After all, we got our start by providing VoIP telephone services. And we continue to provide top-quality telephone services and equipment today.
