Your reps also have the ability to update the lead information after each of their calls. This process works wonders in boosting sales because, with each call, more information about each lead is attained. This is helpful for other phone agents who may end up calling the lead in the future. Building a rapport is an important part of providing excellent customer service.
You can also load scripts for each of your campaigns. DaFeeder makes it easy for your reps to click on the appropriate scripts so they know exactly how to conduct each of their calls. There is also a “Lead History” that will show you what has transpired with your lead in the past. This is yet another great benefit of DaFeeder. As mentioned earlier, each call helps to provide further information that will help shape future calls.
There is also a “Click 2 Call” button in DaFeeder – one of its highlights. As we’ve pointed out, this handy service does away with manual dialing. A simple click of this button will call the lead for the rep. While on the call, reps have the ability to type in notes that, again, will assist with future interactions with each lead.
