As many of you already know, MeloTel is currently running a monthly contest for a $100.00 giveaway! It all started at the beginning of the year when our President, John Meloche decided that it would be fun to do something a little different in order to honour our customers. By introducing the new Customer Satisfaction Survey, it offered our company a new platform to learn about the ways in which we could improve our customer service regimen.
Taking the survey only requires a couple of minutes. But the insight that it has provided us over the past four months will last us a lifetime! To be eligible to enter the contest for the monthly cash prize, all MeloTel clients have to do is fill out the survey using a recent interaction with a member of our technical staff as the basis for the answers to the questions. Our clients have the ability to do this each and every month for a new chance to win the money.
Brad Atkin of Canadian POS Corporation won the $100.00 giveaway in both February and March! So it just goes to show you that anything can happen when you decide to enter our contest. If you haven’t yet filled out our Customer Satisfaction Survey, feel free to do so in order to get your chance of being May’s winner. Yesterday morning, John was assisted by MeloTel’s Assistant Manager, Michael Paz with the drawing of the lucky ticket number. The winner happens to be one of our great clients who would prefer to remain anonymous. But we’d like to offer our congratulations nonetheless. Although MeloTel is big on shining a spotlight the way of our clients, we are also very respectful of their wishes.
In fact, in some particular cases, it makes sense to keep the customer-client relationship confidential. Take our Bloggers & Creative Writers For Hire, for example.
