Before you make the switch to MeloTel, we make it a point to discuss with you your company’s current setup. This helps us to discover what is working for your business and what is not. Our consultation process is designed to inform our team about your company’s specific needs. This allows us to generate a quote for the services that best suit your company.

After you have reviewed and accepted our quote, we can go to work on setting you up with your new VoIP-based telephone system. And this can all take place within the same day! The switch is both super quick and incredibly cost-effective. Not only do we port your current phone numbers for free but we also don’t charge any setup, activation or shipping fees.

Once you become a MeloTel client, you’ll have full access to our technical support team. The team is available to assist you from Monday to Thursday between 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. During those times, we can answer any questions you have and instantly make any changes to your setup that you need.
