The Plantronics Convertible Headset requires two parts.
The first is the Plantronics EncorePro 540 Customer Service Headset. It provides mono sound, is wired and can be worn over-the-ear, over-the-head or behind-the-neck. The monaural, supra-aural headset is also equipped with a noise cancelling microphone. The second part is the Plantronics A10-12 Phone Cable Adapter which will connect the headset to your telephone device.
