How Important Is It To Return Calls Promptly?

In today’s world, consumers want things done immediately. At the very least, they expect things to be done quickly. And who can blame them? We live in a world where access to information is at our fingertips. We can call, email, text or even download an app that helps us communicate with businesses in ways that were never heard of just a short time ago. On average, how many missed calls do you receive per day? How long does it generally take you to return those calls?
