It should be a secret to no one that we live in an era when people have many choices. Take watching television shows, for example. In the not-so-distant past, we all had to wait for our favourite programs to be broadcast at specific dates and times. And while many TV shows still come on at specified times each week, people don’t necessarily have to be relegated to that one option of catching the broadcasts.

Today, people can record them and watch them later on their PVRs, download them to their computers or even stream them from their smartphones. Modern technology has allowed us all to enjoy media in ways that were unheard of not all that long ago. At MeloTel, we’re cognizant of the fact that people enjoy having choices. The more options they have, the more they feel they are in control. That’s why we never lose sight of the importance of providing customers with choice.

We offer the ability to sign up for services online!

Just last week, we proudly announced that our Single Number Reach service was one that business owners could sign up for online. We’re quite happy to talk to all of our customers on the phone. That, of course, will always remain an option. But, we also are well aware of the fact that many people prefer to use the internet to take care of all of their business needs. As a result, we’ve made it easier than ever to sign up for Single Number Reach.

As a reminder, this awesome service allows you to forward your business phone number to up to five different devices of your choice. That way, when the number is called, all five devices will ring at the same time! Single Number Reach makes it virtually impossible to miss another important call. And, as you’re likely aware, being easy to access goes a long way when it comes to impressing customers.

We offer the ability to choose your payment methods!

This week, MeloTel is proud to make yet another announcement about the choices we give our customers. We’re now also making it easier than ever before for them to process payments. Effective immediately, MeloTel accepts Crypto Currency as a payment method for any and all of our services. Currently, we are supporting BITCOIN (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) as payment methods.

At present, this is a manual process, however, we plan to roll out the payment method into our customer billing portal in the near future. It is our sincere hope that this new choice will only add to the ease that usually comes with being a MeloTel client. We’re intent on making each and every customer experience a great one!
