The Importance Of Involving Your Customers In The Process

Allow us to take this opportunity to thank you! At MeloTel, we greatly appreciate those who take the time to read each of our blogs. We’re also very thankful to those who contact us directly in order to provide us with insight into what they’d like to see covered in our blogs. What would our blog section be without its readers? And, more importantly, what would our business be without its customers?

The MeloTel team is very well aware that if our customers aren’t happy, we’re not doing our jobs. This is why we often implement ideas that have been provided to us by our customers. As you’re likely aware by now, the MeloTel Blog has been officially equipped with a new audio transcription player. This innovation was inspired by one of our newest clients. Because of his vision impairment, it was suggested that we develop a way for the content on our website to be heard when it can’t be read. We loved this idea! With such a fantastic suggestion, it was only right that we worked to immediately come up with a solution. We’d like to remind you that there is an open invitation for you to continue to provide us with your ideas.

Customer feedback is integral to business growth.

Involving customers in the business growth process is nothing new. However, there are various ways to go about it. One of the more traditional methods is to send out customer feedback surveys. Often conducted online, these surveys can also be done over the phone or even in-person using a fill-out ballot.

The objective, of course, is for your business to attain useful information that details exactly how customers feel about its products, services and customer service. Have you implemented a customer feedback form of your own? As far as we’re concerned, it’s always important to know how your customers feel.

Another great way to involve your customers in the process of growing your business is to have them try your new products out for free. This works wonders at trade shows and business conferences where business owners get to set up booths that encourage visitors to use products for themselves. There’s nothing quite like the “free trial” to inspire customers to give new products a chance.
