Welcome to the final entry into the MeloTel Blog for the year 2015. We’d like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of our amazing customers for their continued support and trust in our company to provide them with our services. As well, we’d like to wish everyone a very happy new year and hope that 2016 becomes your more profitable year yet! We’d be only too happy to help for that to happen.
We’d like to remind you that today also represents our last day of operations for the year 2015. We will be closed tomorrow and Friday to observe New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, but we will be back open for business bright and early on Monday, January 4th, 2016. We’d also like to remind you that, in the new year, we will be operating under revised business hours. MeloTel will be open between the hours of 8:30am to 6:00pm EST from Monday to Thursday.
We open from 8:30am to 5:00pm EST on Fridays. Based on our experience, these hours of operation will allow us to best serve our clients as these are our busiest call times. And finally, tomorrow represents the very last day that you can fill out our Customer Satisfaction Survey for a chance to win $100 cash. This initiative, which we started at the beginning of 2015, has proven to be an excellent way for our company to learn how to better its customer service practices.
As well, it has offered an awesome incentive for MeloTel customers to provide us with the necessary feedback that has helped for us to improve our customer service regimen. Each month in 2015, we awarded one lucky MeloTel client with $100 after placing his/her ticket number into a random draw. We had a lot of fun with this initiative and we’re planning for something even bigger and better in 2016!
Stay tuned for news about what we’ll be doing to reward our great customers in the new year. In the meantime, please take just a couple of minutes to fill out our Customer Satisfaction Survey if you’ve had a recent interaction with a member of our technical support staff. No matter how long or how short your interaction was, we’d love to hear your feedback about it. Please feel free to provide honest feedback as it will greatly help us to improve our customer service.
Please don’t worry! Constructive criticism will definitely not eliminate you from being able to win the $100 cash prize. In fact, we’d love to hear what you’d like to see from MeloTel in 2016. We’re always coming up with ideas for how to please our customers, but we know that there are no better ideas than the ones that come directly from you.
