Happy Canada Day From MeloTel!

On behalf of the entire MeloTel team, we’d like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very happy Canada Day long weekend! This year, Canada Day falls on a Sunday, so this Monday, July 2nd will be a statutory holiday. We sincerely wish you the most joyous celebration of our nation you’ve ever had!

We will be closed on Monday, but we’ll be back open for business bright and early on Tuesday, July 3rd. We are, of course, open today, so please don’t hesitate to contact us for any of your questions about our many cloud-hosted services or concerns with any issues you may be experiencing.

As we’ve pointed out over the past week, our Founder and CEO, John Meloche is currently on vacation, but please know that you are in good hands while he is away. The MeloTel team is made up of very dedicated individuals who live by our unofficial company credo: “Provide the best possible customer service in the telecom industry!”

Our team is also made up of some very proud Canadians.

We can’t say enough about how great it is to live and work in this amazing country of ours. Quite frankly, the majority of us Canucks are simply too humble to state that we live in one of the greatest possible places to live on Earth. Or, are we? This morning, members of the MeloTel team decided to share their thoughts on what it means to them to be Canadian.

“Happy Canada Day!” exclaimed our Administrative Assistant, Chantel Cascanette, “Such a wonderful country that we live in. From the diverse cuisine, the scenery being breathtaking and living among such friendly people. I’m happy that I live in Canada and I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else in the world!”

“Everywhere I go, I’m only too proud to tell everyone that I from Toronto,” offered Editor In Chief, Daniel Faraldo, “Being a Canadian means living in a nation where diversity is predominantly admired and cherished. My parents both immigrated to Canada and met each other here. My culture-rich upbringing was just one of the many benefits I received by being lucky enough to be born in Canada. I wish everyone out there a very happy Canada Day!”

John was quite frank with his praise of the Great White North, pointing out that his family has very deep roots in this country. “I’m a fifth generation Canadian,” he informed us, “My boys are sixth generation Canadian. Canada is the greatest country on Earth.”

Although we proudly provide our wide array of services to clients all over Canada and the United States, you’ll notice that our website boldly labels MeloTel as “Canada’s Hosted Company”. Of course, we’re a Canadian company that operates on Canadian soil and we couldn’t be prouder of that fact.
