At MeloTel, we treat customer service as a top priority. It means the world to us to know that we are providing our customers with excellent experiences with each and every interaction. When we’re falling short of providing such excellent experiences, it becomes of paramount important to us to make necessary changes. This is why we implemented the Customer Satisfaction Survey at the beginning of 2015.
Our company president, John Meloche is committed to continually improving upon MeloTel’s customer service practices so that we can firmly state that we provide the best customer service in the telecom industry. And while we’re confident that that is presently the case, it’s still important to us to make improvements where necessary. Naturally, the best way to figure out where those improvements are needed is to ask our customers directly.
If you haven’t yet filled out a Customer Satisfaction Survey this month, but you’ve had a recent interaction with a member of our technical support staff, we invite you to take a couple of minutes to fill one out today. Remember that every time you complete a survey, you are automatically entered into our monthly draw for $100. Giving us your honest feedback not only helps us to elevate our customer service game, but it could make you $100 richer!
We’d also like to take this opportunity to make another humble request. Have you heard of Yelp? Essentially, it’s a website that allows people to post reviews about companies that they have done business with. Yelp is often utilized as a source for customers to discover just how liked or disliked a particular company is. We’re happy to know that our Yelp reviews have been excellent thus far.
The official MeloTel Yelp page currently has two reviews that have been posted. “Melotel has offered the highest level of customer service from the first day signing up as a client,” commented Steve G., “All the staff are friendly and go above and beyond to ensure my interactions with them are pleasant and my services are always working at 100% capacity. Would recommend!!!”
In the second review, Adam H. had this to say: “John and the team at Melotel are FANTASTIC! Very customer centric and always looking to go over and above. If you have, we’d be more than appreciative of you taking the time to tell the world about it on our Yelp page. Your review can be as long or as short as you want it to be. Even a few short words would suffice. Writing one is easy. Firstly, you’re given the opportunity to rate the business you’re reviewing using a five star system. Then, once you’ve selected the number of stars for your rating (five is the best), you can write out your review in a box that is provided.
