As you are likely aware, MeloTel focuses heavily on providing unbeatable customer service. For the past six months, we have been working on improving it through our Customer Satisfaction Survey. This past week, we also introduced an entirely new way to improve our customer service. The new “Live Sales Chat” feature, which has been blogged about all week, has been added to our website. With it, our website’s visitors can speak to one of our representatives in real time about any and all of the services that MeloTel offers – all online. This new wrinkle to our site has already stepped up our customer service game.
