At MeloTel, we place customer satisfaction at the top of our list of priorities. We’re well aware that no matter how pleased our customers are with our products and services, the experiences they have with our company trumps all. That’s why we do the best we can to go out of our way to help them to have excellent customer experiences. The ways in which we interact with our clients is what we’re best known for – and what we’re most proud of!
We’re happy to report that we’ve taken things a step further, in the first half of 2015, by improving upon our customer service practices. And we certainly wouldn’t have been able to do so without the help of our clients. At the beginning of the year, we rolled out our Customer Satisfaction Survey. The online survey – available on our website – requires only a couple minutes of your time to fill out. But it’s has proven to be invaluable.
While the majority of the surveys have regaled us with very supportive reviews, we are also happy to have received the type of constructive criticism that has inspired us to sharpen our game. With that said, we can say that we have made some necessary minor adjustments to our service regimen so that our customers receive the absolute best customer service in our industry. That is our goal, and we feel that we are accomplishing it.
