Two weeks ago, the MeloTel team announced its latest contest. We’re looking to have a lot of fun with this one! As you’re likely already aware, our team has run a number of Facebook-hosted contests over the past several months and they’ve been hugely successful.
One of the main objectives of running contests via social media is to increase friends and followers online. Of course, another main objective is to grow our brand recognition. We’re very pleased that we’ve been able to accomplish both.
However, another objective that we’ve achieved is being able to hand out cash to lucky winners. Believe it or not, it gives us great joy to put smiles on faces and cash prizes are small prices to pay to do that. With that said, our “Best Clean Joke Contest” is bound to create the most smiles on faces of any contest to date!
Here is a reminder that our latest contest asks you to give us a call instead of leaving comments on Facebook. By dialing 1-888-206-3515 and leaving your clean joke as your voicemail, you will have officially entered the contest. Remember to keep your joke clean and also don’t forget to state your name and then spell it so that we can confirm that you have liked the MeloTel Facebook page.
To be eligible for entry in the contest, you must LIKE the page. Simple enough, right? The contest runs for another two weeks, culminating on Wednesday, November 7th. On Thursday, November 8th, the MeloTel team will select what it believes to be the funniest joke and announced the winner via a live stream on Facebook. That winner will have a $100 cash prize sent to him/her via email money transfer!
We’ve heard some really great jokes over the past two weeks. But remember that you can enter this contest as many times as you like. Our toll-free number can be called from anywhere in Canada so don’t hesitate to keep the jokes coming. With cloud-hosted Commercial Phone Services being among our most popular services, the MeloTel team figured it made sense to run a contest that involved the phone. Nevertheless, we’ve still received a bunch of jokes via Facebook comments.
