4 Ways To Show Your Customers How Much You Love Them

Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! For those of you thinking that today is all about acknowledging romantic relationships, guess again. For business owners, today is also a day to celebrate the many wonderful relationships you have with your customers. Okay, so maybe that’s something you should do every day. Showing your customers you love and appreciate them is certainly not something that should be done only once a year.

However, today is an excellent day to discuss some of the best ways to show your customers how much you love them. Here are four:

1. Offer heartfelt thank yous.

The words “thank you” should be part of your everyday vocabulary. However, there are certain instances when going the extra mile is necessary. Did you get a new client who made a big purchase? Did you receive a referral that turned into a new customer? You certainly have people to thank in these scenarios and offering up discounts and even freebies are great ways to show your gratitude. And, in some cases, a friendly phone call or a handwritten letter will make for an excellent display of your sincere appreciation.

2. Hand out some freebies.

To further a suggestion we just made, handing out freebies is always a great idea. Who doesn’t like getting things for free? Gifts are great ways to make customers happy. Making a personal delivery instead of shipping something in the mail (if the destination is within your city) is a great way to show that your company truly values its customers.

3. Always provide service with a smile.
