3 Signs Your Company Website Just Isn’t Right

1. It features an outdated design.

Your company website is the online representation of your place of business. So think of the two as one and the same. Does your place of business look the same as it did the day it first opened? Have there been any renovations of your location? Your website requires the same cosmetic attention. It can’t be left with the same old outdated design it began with. Unimpressed visitors will leave and never come back to a site that never changes.

If people have a hard time accessing your site from their smartphones, they’re not likely to try logging on using their desktop computers. It’s important to remember just how frequently people use mobile devices to access the internet. Simply put, your site needs to be mobile friendly in order to provide value.

3. It has low SEO rankings.

How often do you add new content to your company website? If you do so infrequently, it will hurt your site’s chances of ranking highly in search engines. In yesterday’s blog, we highlighted the benefits of blogging. Regular blogs are great ways to keep search engines happy. But they aren’t the only way to improve your company’s placement in search results.
