This past week, we also introduced an entirely new way to improve our customer service. The new “Live Sales Chat” feature, which has been blogged about all week, has been added to our website. With it, our website’s visitors can speak to one of our representatives in real time about any and all of the services that MeloTel offers – all online. This new wrinkle to our site has already stepped up our customer service game.
