Our company typically deals with Fortune 500 Companies in very high-end unique promotional products used at their special events world wide. On some occasions we carry un-marked over-stock from their big promotions. The advantage to most average size companies is; anytime we do a big promotion like this, we are required to bring in a few hundred extra inventory items to cover for repeat orders. When our obligations are fulfilled, we can release the balance at a fraction of even what these companies pay for our products.

MeloTel uses this as an opportunity to create new accounts by offering all overstock items at cost or lower.

Return Policy

Once an order is customized (engraved, printed or embroidered) it cannot be returned or refunded. However if there is a defective merchandise item or a layout or typographical error on our part, the order will be replaced within 30 days of receipt under the following guidelines: Please contact us for a return authorization number. Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging.

When packing your order for return, please be sure all the original packing material and paperwork are included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing or if items are not packed properly as to avoid damage to products and their boxes and/or packages.

Responsibility

We cannot accept responsibility for injury or loss resulting from the purchase or use of products from MeloTel. The user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection therewith. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices and policies are subject to change without prior notice.
